Abstract

This study aims to empirically assess the level of digital literacy among the population of Uzbekistan, using data from an original sociological survey. The research focuses on identifying key digital skills across different demographic and socio-economic categories, revealing gaps in digital readiness, and evaluating how these competencies correlate with broader aspects of human capital, such as education level, employment status, and access to digital infrastructure.
