Abstract

Ushbu maqolada turizm xizmat ko‘rsatish sohasida klasterli yondashuvning iqtisodiy va ijtimoiy samaradorligini oshirishdagi roli tahlil qilingan. Klasterli boshqaruv mexanizmi odatiy ishlab chiqarish birlashmalaridan farqli ravishda, innovatsion salohiyatni jalb qilish, raqobatbardoshlikni kuchaytirish va davlat-xususiy sheriklik asosida hududiy rivojlanishga erishish imkoniyatlarini beradi. Xorijiy tajriba asosida turizm klasterlarining samaradorligini baholovchi ko‘p mezonli tizim (MCE) keltirilgan bo‘lib, unda iqtisodiy, ijtimoiy, infratuzilmaviy, ekologik va innovatsion ko‘rsatkichlar hisobga olingan. SWOT-tahlil yordamida turizm klasterlarining kuchli va zaif tomonlari, imkoniyatlari va tahdidlari aniqlangan. Shuningdek, klasterni tashkil etishning bosqichlari, institutsional shart-sharoitlari, rejalashtirish va boshqaruv modeli, hamda samaradorlikni baholash indikatorlari asosida kompleks tahlil keltirilgan. Maqolada klasterli boshqaruvning ilmiy va amaliy ahamiyati yoritilib, turizm xizmatlari sifatini oshirishda zamonaviy modellashtirish uslublari qo‘llanishi zarurligi asoslab berilgan
