TEKSTIL SANOATIDA HALOL BOSHQARUV VA KADRLAR SALOHIYATI UYG‘UNLIGI

Mazkur maqolada tekstil sanoati korxonalarida halol boshqaruv va kadrlar salohiyati o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro bog‘liqlik hamda uning ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy samaradorlikka ta’siri tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotning dolzarbligi O‘zbekiston tekstil sanoatida ishlab chiqarish hajmi, eksport, bandlik va qo‘shilgan qiymat o‘sishi sharoitida kadrlar sifati, mehnat munosabatlarining shaffofligi, mehnat huquqlariga rioya qilish, adolatli baholash va rag‘batlantirish tizimlarining strategik ahamiyati ortib borayotgani bilan belgilanadi. Tadqiqotda kabinet tahlili, qiyosiy tahlil, tizimli yondashuv va mantiqiy umumlashtirish usullaridan foydalanildi. Xorijiy adabiyotlar etik yetakchilik, HR-analitika, psixologik xavfsizlik, innovatsion faollik va barqaror samaradorlik o‘rtasidagi ijobiy bog‘liqlikni ko‘rsatadi [8]-[13]. O‘zbekiston va MDH muhitidagi ishlar esa tekstil tarmog‘ida raqobatbardoshlik, eksport tuzilmasi, klaster boshqaruvi va inson kapitali rolini alohida ta’kidlaydi [14]-[18].
